I am a big fan of beef and whenever I'm having my meal, if there is a stall selling beef in the area, my mind is made before I think what I will eat. =p

This beef stall really got my attention and had been haunting me to visit them soon ...

They have both dry and soup base beef noodle and this time round, I ordered the soup version (with tendon) cus I am hooked with their soup.

When you receive your order (self service), you can add any amount of the salted veggy to further bring out the soup taste. If your eating the dry version, you can also add the crashed peanuts to make the dish to have the peanut fragrance and to have the crunchy feel.

The beef is juicy, thick and super tender! It almost melt in your mouth the moment you put it into your mouth (it will fill up those gap in your teeth). The beef balls is so springy that you can play ping pong with it. The tendon, so soft but still spongy and feel so much like jelly ... heavenly ...

So how good is it?
