Prawn Noodle in Marsiling

The stall usually open very early and often you can see people Q-ing up for the food. 10minutes of waiting time is the norm.
Waited about 10min and ordered the $3.00 Bee hoon + Mee dry.
The owner will first put the minced pork + some other ingredient into a small bowl and filled it with the hot prawn soup. Then he proceed to prepare the noodle with his special sauce and after doing so, he will dry the small bowl and put the minced pork into the noodle. He will then prepare the prawn soup and served it together with the noodle.
Soup is tasty with strong prawn sweetness and the best part is that I do not feel thirsty drinking it. Noodle is springy and you can still feel that the noodle is 'separated' when you put that inside the mouth.
Verdict: Can try and $2.50 should be enough for normal human :p

this stall initially does not have alot of followers or popular in his early days...late 90s
dunnoe when suddenly become so popular?? i used to take the noodle because tat the stall without long Q during weekend...:P
